ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 19.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, in C.C.No.127 of 2023 in Crime No. 127 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused broke open the defacto complainant's shop and stolen 55.600 grams of gold. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering that the witnesses P.W.1 to P.W.6 have already been examined and considering the fact that the petitioner has fourteen previous cases, even though the first accused is released on bail, I'm not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail except that I direct the trial court to complete the trial within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 06/08/2024 / TRUE COPY / / 08 /2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
