O.Mu.(A2) 5857/2023 dated 08.09.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Sankar Prakash, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Ragavendran, Government Advocate for the 2nd to 5th Respondents, this Court made the following order:
"WP(MD)Nos.1963 of 2024 and WP(MD)No.4830 of 2024 were disposed of on 01/03/2024.
No consensus was arrived at between the parties. The question of reopening the said proceedings does not arise at all. This miscellaneous petition is dismissed."
