Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.6370 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7655 of 2022 on 20.06.2022.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed to relax the condition.

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10555 of 2022 petitioner has complied the condition only for four times and he is having 7 previous cases.

4.Considering the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
