This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order made in M.C.O.P.NO.140 of 2023, dated 18.11.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Special District Judge to deal with M.C.O.P Cases, Thanjavur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.R1 to R8 name printed in the cause list, called absent, no representation and set ex-parte. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
