The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2026 and based thereon, issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of an extent of 3 cents in Natham Survey No.1595/4 situated at South Uthamapalayam, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.S.Siva Thilakar, learned counsel for State, accepts notice for the respondents.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu/respondents. 5.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
