The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time in the order issued by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.3979 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026. 1/4

2.In paragraph No.8(i), this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with batta and another sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of MBHAA within a period of two weeks. The order was passed on 24.02.2026. However, the order copy was uploaded only on 15.04.2026. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking extention of time. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 24.02.2026 on or before 15.07.2026. 4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
