O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the petitioner's service from the initial date of appointment till 01.06.2006, with all consequential monetary and service benefits of the teachers, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4991 of 2015, dated 30.07.2019.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.10.2020, to the respondents, requesting them to regularise her service from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19627 of 2020 date of initial appointment till 01.06.2006. However, the respondents have not passed any order till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2020, will be considered within a period of eight weeks time.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4991 of 2015, dated 30.07.2019.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
