Today(03.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that the counselling scheduled in the year 2021 was already over and this petitioner was accommodated in the subsequent counselling held in the year 2024. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by either side counsel, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
