O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2016, submitted in person for the issuance of fresh Legal Heirship Certificate, carrying out necessary amendment in the original Legal Heirship Certificate, dated 03.05.2007, by including the petitioner's name and her mother's name, viz., S.Nagalakshmi.

2. It is noticed that the petitioner was earlier issued with Legal Heirship Certificate on 03.05.2007 without including her name and her mother's name viz., S.Nagalakshmi.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that her mother S.Nagalakshmi is the first wife of Late.Thirugnanasambandam, who died on 21.02.2007 and that it is the case of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner's father's second wife and her children's name have been wrongly included in the Legal Heirship Certificate. Therefore, the petitioner's representation, dated 07.06.2016 deserves a consideration by the respondents.

4. Considering the same, there shall be a positive direction to the respondent to consider and dispose the above said representation on Page No. 2 of 4

merits and in accordance with law. Needless to state, before passing any such order, the other persons, whose names have been included in the Legal Heirship Certificate shall be heard. It is expected that the above exercise shall be carried out by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
