PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police 1 & 2 to execute the NonBailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate-cum-Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai dated 08.11.2021 and secure the respondent No.3/accused within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Fast Track Court No.1, Madurai on 08.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 on the other hand submitted that the warrant issued by the learned Magistrate is with the concerned police and they are making all the efforts to arrest the accused. He further submitted that day before Yesterday at the request of the petitioner/defacto complaint, the police have went along with the petitioner to the address shown by the petitioner, however, the accused was not available, thereby, the police could not execute the warrant.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 also submitted that whenever the petitioner provided the address of the accused, the police will certainly co-operate and will follow the petitioner to effect the arrest of the accused.

4. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to directly approach the 2/4

respondent police and show the address of the accused, so that, the respondent shall execute the warrant.
