Respondent/Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi to complete the Trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.123 of 2018 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi vide the letter in D.No.1510 of 2020 dated:05/12/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Sankar Ganesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 06.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.123/2018 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.Earlier by order dated 24.02.2020, extension of time was granted by this Court by extending three months. Now it is the second request for extension. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1510/2020 dated 05.12.2020 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown, has requested for extension of 3 months to comply with the above order.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
