this Court made the following order:- This case is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that though they have installed the idols, they are not permitted to take the idols for immersion and that necessary direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to grant permission to them for the same.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that since they have violated the conditions, the concerned authorities have passed the detailed orders rejecting the requisition of the writ petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that they are ready to give a fresh representation to the concerned Inspector of Police seeking permission to take the idols for immersion.

5. In view of the above, the writ petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the concerned police authorities and on such filing, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass necessary orders in the manner known to law.
