records in connection with the impugned summon in e.f.vz;. 627/2024/m2, dated 23.07.2024 on the file of the Respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal, and consequently direct Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to survey the land in Survey No.1485/32 situated at Vadugampatti Village, Puliyampatti Post, Kujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District as per Patta No.1047 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 in accordance with law within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging an enquiry notice wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Tahsildar on 01.08.2024 at 04.00 pm. It is this notice, that is sought to be quashed in this writ petition.
2. The petitioner ought to establish his right in the enquiry that is now being conducted. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, considering the fact that the date of enquiry has expired, a
fresh date shall be given by the Tahsildar, Kujiliamparai, Dindigul District, and the petitioner shall participate in the enquiry. The said enquiry shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date on which the enquiry is conducted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
