ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case pending investigation in Crime No.569 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same on the file of Sub-Inspector of Police, Sipcot PS., Thuthukudi.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi on 28.05.2023, but, so far it has not been processed.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
