This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the inquiry by considering petitioner's representations dated 15.07.2022 & 16.07.2022 within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that previously, the petitioner has preferred a complaint and based on that a case has been registered. Now, pertaining to another survey number, the present complaint has been received by the 2nd respondent. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the same, on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police, is directed to consider the petitioner's representations, 15.07.2022 & 16.07.2022 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The petitioner is also directed to with the 3rd respondent for enquiry, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
