For Respondent : M/s.P.Kottaichamy Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.418 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 @ 398 @ 395, 398 of IPC, in Crime No.418 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was driving his lorry with 200 gunny bags of Urad dhal, the accused persons waylaid the defacto complainant, threatened him and have taken away the lorry with the load and a sum of Rs.22,000 from him. Hence the complaint.

3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13781 of 2021 was dismissed on 08.10.2021, after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.

4. Since the dismissal of the earlier petitions, there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
