PRAYER :- Sub Application is filed under Section 151 CPC praying this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/4th respondent herein on 19.06.2026 pursuant to the Statutory notice issued by this Court by order dated 03.06.2026 in Cont.P(MD)No.909 of 2026. For Petitioner : Mrs.K.Porkodi Government Pleader For R1 : Mr.V.Kannan For R4 : Mr.P.Gunasekaran COMMON ORDER This Court, after having perused the affidavit filed in support of the contempt petitions, especially the reason assigned in paragraph No.8 of the affidavit, is not inclined to accept the reasoning assigned therein in the absence of any supporting material.
2. This Court issued Statutory Notice, after having taken note of the contemptuous conduct on the part of the fourth respondent, especially, for issuing proceedings dated 27.03.2026 to withhold the DCRJ amount quite contrary to the interim order passed by this Court. 3/6
3. The petitioner herein filed these applications seeking to dispense with her personal appearance and she failed to explain what made her to issue the said proceedings dated 27.03.2026. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain these applications and the same is accordingly dismissed.
4. As it is represented that the petitioner has already taken steps to rectify her mistake and taking steps to implement the order passed by this Court, this Court is inclined to give one opportunity to the petitioner herein.
5.List the Cont.P.(MD).Nos.909 and 880 of 2026 on 03.07.2026 for reporting compliance.
