For Respondent : Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.373 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/1st accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime No.373 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, 1/4

seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 80 kgs of ganja for selling the same to the School minor boys. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and is falsely implicated in this case for the statistical purpose. There is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in nine previous cases, among wich, two cases under some other offences and some of the cases ended in conviction.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the bad antecedent of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
