ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to give electricity service connection to the petitioner's agricultural land bearing Survey No.25/13 situated at Kundukulam village, Kambali, Sennilaikudi, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, under free electricity scheme, based on the petitioner's application, dated 01.10.2013 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that a detailed reply has been given to the petitioner's representation. However, if sufficient time is given, pending representation/application would be duly considered by the respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application/representation of the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

01.10.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
