ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.4313 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 wherein this Court has directed the petitioners to surrender before the Court within 15 days.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the defacto complainant's name was wrongly typed in the order and therefore, they are not in a position to comply with the order.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons, time is extended till 13.07.2026 for surrender. It is made clear that no further extention of time would be granted. 4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
