O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for expeditious disposal of the investigation in Crime No.220 of 2021 dated 01.10.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet is also filed and the same was also taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.210 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Madurai.

3.Once the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is filed, this petition seeking expeditious investigation of Crime No.220 of 2021 becomes infructuous, thereby this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
