O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.519 of 2018, dated 24.08.2018 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Court on 05.03.2020 and the same has not been taken on file so far. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since final report was filed before the concerned Court, a direction may be issued to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose of the matter within a short time prescribed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to process the final report filed by the first respondent in Crime No.519 of 2018 in accordance with law. If the petitioners are aggrieved the contents, then, they are at liberty to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
