Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.JEYAKUMARAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time for complying with the interim order passed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9116 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.645 of 2023, dated 28.06.2023 in connection with M.C.No.21 of 2021, dated 30.08.2022 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant time till 10.10.2023. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount within the time stipulated by this Court, failing which, the interim stay already granted, shall stand vacated automatically.
