ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli to dispose of S.O.P.No.25 of 2012 within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the said S.O.P.is pending from 12.10.2012. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that the case of the petitioner would be disposed of within a period of 9 months. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Civil Revision petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of S.O.P. at the earliest point of time. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the S.O.P. within a time frame.

4.Accordingly, the Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli, is hereby directed to dispose of the S.O.P.No.25 of 2012 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
