2.The case of the petitioner is that she is having two daughters and husband also expired. The second daughter's husband also expired and so she living with her. The elder daughter by name Kala @ Kalarani, who is the third respondent herein along with her hsuband, the fourth respondent illegally trying to grab the property belongs to her husband. So her daughter Saravanadevi, gave a representation dated 23.09.2021 and CSR was also registered in CSR.No.167 of 2021 and since there is no proper enquiry, the petitioner gave a representation on 05.10.2021 seeking police protection. W.P.(MD)No.19192 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner against the third respondent enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, both the parties are appeared and gave a statement to the effect that dispute arose between the three daughters regarding the sharing of the family property. The third respondent gave a statement that they would will out their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. Based upon the above said proceedings, it came to be closed. Since it is a dispute between the mother and daughters regarding the sharing of the family property, granting of police protection is not proper. And as advised by the second respondent they shall workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. I find no merit in this petition. 4.This writ petition is dismissed with the above said directions. No costs.
