without jurisdiction and consequently forbear the respondents from resorting to any demand and forcible collection of market fee for sale and transaction of Paddy, Grams and other agricultural produces in the absence of declaration of notified market area under Section 6(2) of the Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1987.
