This petition has been filed to forbear the respondent police from interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondent on the other. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint filed against the petitioner was enquired into and closed on 30.10.2021. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the respondent police will not interfere in the said civil dispute.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
