Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to issue direction, directing the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners by trespassing civil rights of the petitioners by compelling the petitioner to handover the shop or land in favour of the third respondent and for consequential orders. ORDER

The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this Original Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no petition pending against the petitioners. Therefore, the question of summoning the petitioners for enquiry does not arise.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
