ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2463 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 on the file of the learned Special District Court to deal with the cases of Offences in Contravention of the Provisions of the Mines and Minerals (D&R) Act, Madurai and modify the first condition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
