O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to perform and organize Maha Kumbabishegam for the temples Vinayagar, Sri Adhi Pattavan, Sri Madurai Veeran, Sri Renakaliamman, Sri Muniappan and Sri Karuppasamy situated at Senkadu Palaviduthi Village scheduled on 08.09.2109 on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 31.08.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner's group and the rival party group headed by one Subramani. In this regard, the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
group made a representation to the respondents to give adequate police protection to celebrate the above said Kumbabishegam, which will be held on 08.09.2019. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner's group have also sent a copy of the representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct the peace committee meeting between both the parties. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2019 and refer the same before the concerned Revenue Authority for conducting the peace committee meeting between the petitioner's group and the other rival group headed by one Subramani in respect of conducting Maha Kumbabishegam for the temples Vinayagar, Sri Adhi Pattavan, Sri Madurai Veeran, Sri Renakaliamman, Sri Muniappan and Sri Karuppasamy situated at Senkadu Palaviduthi Village, which will be held on 08.09.2019, forthwith.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
