ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein not to intervene in the civil dispute between the petitioner and 4th respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grandfather of the petitioner purchased a house along with vacant land from one Muniyandi Kudumban in the year 1911 and registered as Document No.202 of 1911. After his demise, the petitioner came into the possession. In the meantime the patta was transferred in the name of various persons. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16079 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry has been undertaken in CSR.No.144 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry finding that it is a civil dispute, it was closed. 4.Since the complaint given by the fourth respondent is closed, nothing survives for further consideration and direction, since harassment at the hands of respondent police may not exist. 5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this criminal original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
