The petitioner has challenged the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against him in this Writ Petition.

2.The fourth respondent and the petitioner have now compromised among themselves and they have filed a joint settlement memo, dated 16.02.2022 before this Court. W.P.(MD)No.19476 of 2020 settlement of the workman compensation award in W.C.No.431 of 2006. The petitioner and the fourth respondent as well as their respective Counsels have signed the joint settlement memo. 3.In terms of the joint settlement memo, dated 16.02.2022, this Writ Petition is disposed of by quashing the impugned orders passed by the first and third respondents, dated Nil and 09.12.2020 are quashed and the joint settlement memo, dated 16.02.2022 shall form part of this order.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
