The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.803 of 2020, dated 29.01.2020, in the case of Saravana Pandian vs. Government of Tamil Nadu and others.

2.Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
