ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for sanction of loan on the basis of the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent dated 14.09.2017.

2. After a period of eight years, the application seeking for loan cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh to avail loan before the authorities concerned. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
