COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Petitions - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits including Pension, Earned Leave, Unearned Leave closure benefits, Special PF benefits with all other consequential monetary benefits with interest at the rate of 12% from the date of retirement i.e., 31.07.2017 to the petitioners within the time period stipulated by this Court.

Mr.Mahaboob Fazil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, would submit that pending writ petitions, the benefits have been paid over to the petitioners.
