SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.13796 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021, the petitioner was admitted in Apollo Speciality Hospital on 10.10.2021, he was diagnosed with Pleomorphic Left Adenoma, he underwent superficial parotidectomy surgery on 11.10.2021 and hence, he needs further hospitalization and observation for two more weeks in the hospital. He has also placed the certificate issued by one Dr.R.B.Rakesh Kumar, Senior Duty Medical Officer, Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Madurai to that effect and the photographs exposing the nature of operation conducted on the petitioner.

2.In view of the said submissions, the interim bail already granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.13796 of 2021 on 29.09.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8634 of 2021 is extended upto 09.11.2021. The petitioner shall surrender before the Central Prison, Madurai on 09.11.2021.
