This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.144 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Kadupatti Police Station, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.144 of 2015, laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in C.C.No.18 of 2021.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
