O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's counsel reiterates that contrary to the interim order granted by this Court, recoveries are being made by some of the executive officers. However, the learned Additional Advocate General would draw my attention to the communication dated 24.02.2021 issued by the Director of Town Panchayats.

3. As on date the petitioner is unable to furnish any material in support of their claim. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the aggrieved individuals to approach the respective Executive Officers of Town Panchayats with a copy of the communication dated 24.02.2021 issued by the Director of Town Panchayats and I am certain that the concerned Executive Officers will abide by the aforesaid terms. Sub.A.(MD)No.150 of 2020 is also closed.
