ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 16.12.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.30194 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the respondent has passed an order on 26.04.2025, which is adverse to the writ petitioner.
