ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.213 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there is some land dispute between the 1st petitioner and the defacto complainant, for which, a suit in O.S.No.1 of 2018 is pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal. Due to said motive, the petitioners herein abused and attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Further, injured is discharged from the hospital.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are having two previous cases at their credit.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that all the above said cases are registered regarding land issue.

6. Considering the fact and circumstances of this case and also considering the bad antecedent of these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory 2/3

bail to the petitioner.
