PRAYER :- To call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 21.05.2026 made in Cr.M.P.No.1453 of 2026 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputtur, Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, insofar as the Condition 1/4

No.1 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur under the head of Criminal Court Deposit is concerned and set aside the said condition.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the condition No.(i) imposed in the order dated 21.05.2026 in Cr.M.P.No.1453 of 2026 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur. 2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and the condition is onus condition the order passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur imposing the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, is hereby set aside. 2/4

4.Accordingly, condition (i) imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1453 of 2026 dated 21.05.2026 is hereby set aside, and the remaining conditions shall remain unaltered.
