ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that he has been harassed by the respondents 3 and 4, on false complaints, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take criminal action against them.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner that this petitioner has promised to arrange job for the third respondent's daughter. The same was enquired by the second respondent and it was closed in C.S.R.No. 490 of 2025, as the complaint is with regard to the land dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. 3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is 2/4

closed with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
