This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8240 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.
2. A perusal of order shows that only based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner that he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/-(Rupees Eighty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.46 of 2023, the above said order has been passed.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
