Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.11340 of 2022 in Crl.RC(MD)No.915 of 2022, dated 28.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
