Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the Petitioner's representation, dated 16.03.2016 and consequently to direct the third respondent to do the survey of the Petitioner's land within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard both sides.
2.By consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The grievance of the Petitioner is that his representation, dated 16.03.2016 addressed to the second respondent/The Tahsildar, Thirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai District has not been considered till date and on account of that, he has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.

4.A perusal of the representation, dated 16.03.2016 addressed to the second respondent/The Tahsildar, Thirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai indicates that the Petitioner prays for measurement of land and for that, a direction be issued to the third respondent/The District Land Surveyor,Thirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai District.
5.Considering the limited relief sought for by the Petitioner namely, his representation is to be considered by the second respondent/The Tahsildar, Thirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai, this Court, at this stage, without going into the merits of the matter and also not expressing any opinion one way or other, simply directs the second respondent/The Tahsildar, Thirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai District to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 16.3.2016 with an open mind and in a dispassionate matter and to dispose of the same on merits(after affording an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering the principles of natural justice) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
