O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Roc.A2/2871/2020, dated 14.02.2020 and quash the same and consequentially direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner along with back wages, continuity of service and other attendant benefits.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.05.2020.

4. Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the representation was given only to the first respondent on 14.05.2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19642 of 2020 whereas the second respondent is the appropriate authority to pass orders. Therefore, a direction may be given to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and the same will be considered on merits.

Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to give a representation to the second respondent and in the event of receipt of any representation from the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
