Mr.S.Sethupathi, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel for the first respondent State are before this Court. Mr.K.Ezhumalai, learned counsel representing Mr.S.A.S.Alaudeen, counsel on record for the second respondent appeared through 'Video Conferencing'.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file. A scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
