ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to close down the H.S.No.83/2016 opened against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the representation, dated 12.08.2022.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation.
4.Recording the same, the first respondent police is directed to consider 2/4
the representation, dated 12.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
