ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 05.01.2018 issued by the District Revenue Officer, confirming the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/4351/2015 dated 30.09.2016 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos.344, 360/5, 354/1, 345/16 at Ammanpuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that long back, the entire bundle along with change of vakalat has been handed over to the petitioner. So far, the petitioner failed to engage any new counsel on his behalf to represent before this Court.

3.When the matter is called today, no one represents either through new counsel on record or through person. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
