O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.11.2020.

2.There was no representation for the petitioner, when the matter was called on 12.12.2022. Today the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat two months ago. The petitioner has not entered appearance through any other counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police had not received any complaint, as stated in the petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court cannot issue any direction to the second respondent to take action on the complaint, as no such complaint has been sent to the second respondent.
